Terms of Service

Welcome to XP Lab. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the XP Lab platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, then you may not access the platform.

2. Use of Service

You agree to use XP Lab only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the platform.

3. Prohibited Activities

You are strictly prohibited from:

  • Modifying, reverse-engineering, or attempting to extract the source code or configurations of XP Lab.
  • Engaging in any activity designed to hack, bypass, or circumvent security measures or configuration settings.
  • Copying, distributing, or replicating any part of the service, including its proprietary algorithms and design logic.
  • Providing access to the platform, its data, or its outputs to unauthorized third parties, including but not limited to neural networks, AI training models, or automated crawlers without prior written consent.
  • Using any automated system, including “robots,” “spiders,” or “offline readers,” to access the service in a manner that sends more request messages to our servers than a human can reasonably produce.

4. User and Account Responsibility

If you receive access to a project account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Users bear sole responsibility for all decisions made and the subsequent application of configurations within their projects. XP Lab algorithms function by iterating through various event scenarios and states to identify optimal paths to achieve specified goals. The final decision to apply any recommended settings or configurations lies entirely with the project administrator. XP Lab shall not be held liable for any outcomes, data changes, or consequences resulting from the application of these settings.

5. Limitation of Liability

XP Lab shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
