        Does the system have full access to my game and can it conduct tests on its own?

        The system manages only those parameters and sections of the game that you have authorized through our lightweight Unity SDK. It operates within strictly defined boundaries, receiving configurations from the server and sending analytics for model training. You decide which elements—such as store prices or ad frequency—become part of the experiment.

        Does the team know what the system is doing in real time?

        Yes, you have full control and detailed analytics. You can see all system actions in real time and intervene at any moment: stop the experiment, manually select a preferred option, or make a decision contrary to the algorithm's recommendation. System decisions are always transparent and data-backed.

        Can experiments be controlled or the system used as Remote Config?

        Of course. XP Lab can be used as an advanced Remote Config with flexible segmentation. You can set up exclusions (for example, testing the store only on Android 17 in Brazil) and manage how long settings are tied to a user. Any changes are applied instantly—no more waiting days for a configuration rollout.

        What happens if an experiment goes wrong or is stopped?

        We have a "safe default" system. You predefine baseline parameters (default position) that will be used if you don't like the experiment or if technical issues arise. You always remain the ultimate authority and can switch all users to the best settings, in your opinion, with a single click.
